With the simultaneous use of levofloxacin and theophylline, it is necessary to carefully monitor the level of theophylline and adjust the dose accordingly. Careful monitoring of MHO, prothrombin time and other coagulation parameters, monitoring of possible signs of bleeding is required while using levofloxacin and warfarin.
