For one application, in adults and children over 15 years old, 2-3 sprays are carried out into each nostril, in children aged 5 to 12 years - 1 spray, in children from 12 to 15 years - 1-2 sprays. The frequency of use is 3-4 times a day. The course of treatment is 7-10 days.

In the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the pharynx and larynx (tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis), the spray nozzle is inserted into the oral cavity. The drug should be used after meals. Before using the drug, rinse the oral cavity with warm boiled water. Spraying the drug in this case is carried out regardless of the phase of inhalation and exhalation. For one application in adults and children over 15 years old, 2-4 sprays to the right and left are carried out, in children aged 5 to 12 years - 1 spray, in children from 12 to 15 years old - 1-2 sprays. Application during pregnancy and lactation:

There is no sufficient experience in the use of the drug during pregnancy and data on the penetration of the components of the drug into breast milk. Due to the low systemic absorption of the components that make up the drug, the use of the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding is possible if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus and child. A doctor's consultation is required.

Allergic reactions are possible in the form of skin rashes, itching. When using the drug, a burning sensation, dryness of the mucous membrane of the oropharynx, nose, swelling at the site of contact are possible.

No clinically significant interaction of the drug with drugs of other groups has been identified.

Signs of acute poisoning if ingested: nausea, vomiting, stomach pain. The victim should immediately consult a doctor.

Overdose relief measures: removal of the drug from the stomach and intestines (gastric lavage, artificial vomiting, use of saline laxatives, enemas, use of intestinal adsorbents - activated charcoal), symptomatic treatment.
